Inspired by a love of food, ex-City worker Charlotte Knight wanted to make a move into the food market.

Starting with a handful of her own recipes, G’Nosh was born and she was soon selling her dips into several quality retailers, including Selfridges and Ocado.

“I hit my mid-thirties and realised I didn’t want to spend the rest of my life commuting, jostling through airport lounges and missing my kids.

Ultimately, G’Nosh was born from life change, friends, family and food.

G’Nosh dips are sold by a range of retailers, including Ocado, Selfridges and Whole Foods. Flavours include sun-dried tomato and basil chunky, and smoky roasted aubergine Babaghanoush.

Using MarketInvoice

Seeing long payment terms due to relationships with large retailers meant that G'Nosh struggled with working capital.

“As a start-up in the food trade - producing fresh product with daily orders from the supermarkets – the volume of our monthly invoices is high.

"As you put the foot on the gas with growth, working capital does become more under pressure.

"I’m telling all my start-up friends about MarketInvoice. It’s been the best support we needed at this inflection point of growth in the business."

G’Nosh have been making original gourmet dips since 2012.
