Adam Roberts is a cyclist who has successfully turned his passion into a viable business – Comtat Cycling. Adam started his company trading from home and selling his products online. Using his experience and driven by his passion, Adam managed to take his business to the next level and has begun trading from a dedicated retail shop in Shoreditch.
Comtat Cycling are experts in high quality handmade bikes. Clients are able to choose the materials their bikes are made from and most importantly the exact measurements needed to help improve performance. Adam uses a 3D Motion Capture System and a set of highly qualified Italian engineers and manufacturers to achieve the perfect balance every time. Comtat also offer bikes from a range of high end brands including Casati, Tommasini, Antonio Sarto and Chesini.
Recently Adam decided that it was time to take the company to the next level. He wanted to offer his clients a better customer experience with a full range of products and easier access. To achieve this he decided to move from a shared basement premises in Shoreditch to a high street store where customers could sample his products before purchasing. To get the wheels turning, Adam required some financial support to cover the expenses of moving to the new place.
Fair Business Loans understood Adam’s strategy to grow the business and took confidence from his experience in the industry. Business Loans Officer Bassel Deeb was impressed by the way he had managed to expand the business from online to retail trading and was delighted to support him by helping to finance the move.
